Registration
All participants are required to register through the online registration system and are advised to register in advance to receive the registration discount. Please carefully read the registration guidelines below. For queries relating to the registration or invitation letter, please contact the secretariat at [email protected]. (The online system will open in early February 2025.)

- Author Registration: For each contribution to the conference at least one person must be registered for in-person attendance at the whole conference. A single registration may be used to support several contributions.
- To qualify for member registration, you must be a member of IEEE or the Korea Haptics Society. Your membership number is required at the registration page.
- To qualify for IEEE Life Member registration, your membership number is required at the registration page.

- Please note that lunch is not included in the registration fees, and participants are responsible for arranging their own meals.
Method of Payment
① Online Credit Card Payment: VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX card are acceptable.
② Bank Wire Transfer
- Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
- The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
- A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the IEEE WHC 2025 secretariat by e-mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by June 20, 2025. No refunds will be issued from June 26, 2025. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to [email protected]. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 which will be deducted from each refund. Registration using invalid membership at the time of registration will be automatically canceled and reported to the corresponding organization.
Invitation Letter
Conference participants are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend applying for your visa as early as possible. Please note that IEEE WHC 2025 is unable to intervene with Korean embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. However, if you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, kindly email [email protected] with the following information: Full Name, Affiliation, and Nationality.
