Call for Student Volunteers

The IEEE World Haptics Conference 2025 (WHC’25), taking place in Suwon, South Korea, is the premier international event dedicated to all aspects of haptics, including fundamental scientific discoveries, technological advancements, algorithms, and applications. It serves as a key platform for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, present groundbreaking research, and showcase innovative technologies. WHC’25 will feature oral presentations, poster sessions, hands-on demonstrations, work-in-progress discussions, workshops, tutorials, industrial exhibits, and networking events, fostering collaboration and innovation.

None of this would be possible without the support of a dedicated student volunteer team. We are currently recruiting student volunteers to assist in organizing this prestigious event. If you would like to gain hands-on experience, work alongside leading experts, and contribute to the success of a globally recognized conference, apply now!

IMPORTANT: Do not register for the conference just yet. In case you are accepted as a student volunteer, your conference fee will be waived. If you are not selected, you will receive a code so that you will still be able to register for the early bird rate even after May 31st.
